Swami Viditmananda ji's message for the well being of the universe

There is atomsphere of fear and anxiety as this is the enemy about which we do not know enough and do not know how is it going to affects us, causing natural anxiey and fear. Therefore, what we  can all do is pray.


Durga represent the  primordial energy, she is the very source of creation. She is the universal mother and has the power of creation, sustenance and desolution. Power to control, power to protect and power to destroy. Just like any mother she has two forms; her benign form protects the children and devotees and  ferocious form destroys the forces that inimical to her children and devotees. Therefore, a prayer to Durga is a very effective prayer. Many verses from durga which have been proven effective for accomplashing various purposes.

One important purpose is to remain free from disease or to remove the disease. So here is the verse




रोगानशेषानपहंसि तुष्टा रुष्टा तु कामान् सकलानभीष्टान् ।

त्वामाश्रितानां न विपन्नराणां त्वामाश्रिता ह्याश्रयतां प्रयान्ति ॥६॥

Rogaan-Ashessaan-Apahamsi Tussttaa Dadasi Kaamaan Sakalaan-Abhiissttaan |

Tvaam-Aashritaanaam Na bhyam-Naraannaam Tvaam-Aashritaa Hy[i]-Aashraya-Taam Prayaanti ||6||  


Meaning:
6.1: (Salutations to You, O Jagadamba) When You are Pleased with our Devotion, You Destroy to the very Root our worldly Diseases ; but if You are pleased you besstow all the desirable things

6.2: By Your Refuge, Men cannot Go Astray and no Misfortunes can finally overcome them; Your Refuge Indeed is my final Refuge when I Depart from this World.

Fear:

सर्वस्वरूपे सर्वेशे सर्वशक्तिसमन्विते ।
भयेभ्यस्त्राहि नो देवि दुर्गे देवी नमोऽस्तु ते ॥५॥

Sarva-Svaruupe Sarveshe Sarva-Shakti-Samanvite |
Bhayebhyas-Traahi No Devi Durge Devii Namostu Te ||5||

Meaning:
5.1: (Salutations to You, O Jagadamba) You Exist in All Forms of All Gods, and You are the Possessor of All Powers, You are endoed with all powers
5.2: O Devi, Please Protect us from all Fears; Salutations to You, O Durga Devi.

Removal of all afflection

सर्वाबाधाप्रशमनं त्रैलोक्यस्याखिलेश्वरि ।
एवमेव त्वया कार्यमस्मद्वैरि विनाशनम् ॥७॥

Sarva-[A]abaadhaa-Prashamanam Trai-Lokyasya-Akhile[a-I]shvari |
Evam-Eva Tvayaa Kaaryam-Asmad-Vairi Vinaashanam ||7||

Meaning:
7.1: (Salutations to You, O Jagadamba) O Goddess of All the Three Worlds, when You are Pleased, You Mitigate All our Distresses.
7.2: Thus, in this Manner, Your Grace Works to Destroy our  Enemies.

Singing of Hanuman Chalisa:

Nase Rog Hare Sab Peera, Japat Nirantar Hanumant Beera ||25||

Sankat Te Hanuman Chhudave, Man Kram Bachan Dhyan Jo Lave

These are the prayers that you can do while you are quarantined. All family members maintaining a safe distance can pray together.

Just as disease progresses from one to another geomatrically exponentially, so is the effects of prayers progresses geometrically and exponentially. So let us join in this prayer. Durga is a mother and is all power. In the battle field is very ferocious, but inside she is very compassionate. Compassion is her nature, outwardly she is destroying enemies that too for the well being of the enemies. This is all described in Durga Saptshati.
