Passion Combination

This blog  provides a proforma (series of criteria) to evaluate whether a specific chart indicates problems with sexual passion

Sexual Desire Inhibited

Passion

Our action springs from itch (desire) and the world goes on. If desires gets suppressed, it becomes a problem. If expressed, it can be worked on.
Because of religious conditioning, a truly healthy attitude towards sex is seldom found, and those with higher-than-normal libidos are called names and ridiculed by many, including the media
These principles must be  used wisely, judiciously assessing when to apply them, and only doing so gently, and only if you can be completely without bias or judgement.
Passion is Cross Coupling between two camps
Camp 1: Moon, Venus
Camp 2: Mars, Saturn (Rahu, Ketu)
Useful categories of Passion Combinations:
Common Passion
  • That is Mars or Saturn associate or aspect with Moon or Venus passion issues arise.
  • If any of the four planets in any of the other's sign, this further augment the issue.
Stepped up Passion
  • Passion grah in exaggerated condition
  • Passion grah ties to 1st, 4th or 7th lords or Bhavas
  • Mars or Saturn associate or aspect with Moon or Venus (cross coupling)

""Over the Top""

Ve, Mo, SA, MA as lords of the 1st, 4th, and 7th, while in 1st, 4th, 7th, with cross coupling with exaggeration

Lack of influence of the moderating grahs (Jp, Su, Me)

Steps for Passion:

Principle One: Exaggerated Strength or Weakness
In order for the sexuality to become problematic, at least one of the planets (Mo, Ve, Ma, Sa) must be in an exaggerated condition, I.e. excessively strong or weak. Exaggerated conditions include exalted, retrograde, debilitated, in a planetary war, combust, and the dark or bright Moon.

Principle Two: Venus or the Moon impacted by Mars or Saturn  (cross coupling)
If Saturn or Mars aspect or associate with the Moon or Venus, passion issues arise. If one or more of the four planets (Moon, Venus, Mars, and Saturn) are in any of the other's signs, this further augments the pattern.
(Note: if Saturn is the aspecting planet, repression or distortion of the sex drive may occur. Distortions include behaviors that have been called deviant by society.)

Principle Three: Occupants in and Rulers of Houses One, Four, and Seven (tatkalika link to passion bhava and their lords)
A connection between planets occupying or ruling houses One, Four, and Seven, when at least one of them is influenced by a natural malefic, amplifies the libido.
[Note: In this context, natural malefics include Mars, Saturn, Rahu, and Ketu.]
Principle Four: Moon and Venus related, one or both in or lords of Trikasthanas.
When Venus and the Moon are related to each other (e.g. conjunct, opposite, in the other's sign, etc.) and one or both occupy or rule houses 6, 8, or 12, sexual passion is magnified.

Passion Lagnas

There are seven passion lagnas

1) Tauraus
Cross coupling with Sun will not increase the passion
Ve and Mars are the trik lord, it gives dashy, flashy and sensual venus

2) Cancer

1, 4, 7th lords are moon, venus and Saturn
Saturn is also 8th lord - "secrecy"

3) Libra

Venus must use grah and also the lord of 8th

4) Scorpio
Venus is must use grah and also the lord of 8th

5) Capricorn
Moon is must use
Marka combination; both saturn and moon are marka
Saturn gives secrecy

6) Aquarious

Saturn and Venus - must use
Saturn want to  be secretive

Vividh Combos:

For all the lagnas, combinations other than what we have discussed must be examined.
There are no hard & fast rules. Focus especially on Dusthana location & rulership. Also consider afflicted 7th bhava or lord.

We are still looking at our passion karkas but not necessarily requiring cross coupling. it can now be some unique circumstances/lakshna's in horoscope

Passion combinations are ragas and does not produce contentment

No methodology but comes with experience.

May we all become more conscious of the consequences of our sexual attitudes, and recognize passion combinations as a karmic road with many pitfalls. Yes, passion itself can, at least in part, be utilized to create a fine actor, singer, leader, or businessperson, but navigating the waters of sexual intensity is an art unto itself.

Kuja Dosha, Mangal Dosha - impacting harmony in marriage

What is Kuja Dosha

In traditional Jyotisha interpretation,"Kuja Dosha" indicates marital stress due to excess warrior energy in the character of a partner

Mars in

1st, 4th, 7th, 8th or 12th bereft of conjunction or aspect of a benefic - loss of husband
- Brihat Parasara Hora SL 48, Chap 80, SL 48

Mars or Saturn in these same houses - loss of husband

In a Man's chart  - loss of wife

Mars in
2nd, 12th, 7th, 4th or 8th - loss of spouse
Jataka Parijata Chap XIV - SI.34

It has to be assessed from three ascendants
From Ascendant
From Moon
From Venus

Kuja Dosha is very common:
About 30% of all nativities have Kuja occupying bhava 1, 4, 7, or 12.
  • If bhava-2 and bhava-8 are included are included as causes of Kuja Dosha, 50% of all nativities will display the Kuja Dosha.

Brief descriptions of Kuja's effect only in reference to Kuja Dosha (copied from Barbara P)

Mangala in Bhava 1

Mangala produces Movement

  • The mangalika personality needs space for moving.
  • If the freedom to move without restrictions is granted by BOTH the partner (7) AND the in-laws (8) then Mangala-dosha is rarely a problem.
  • Mangala-1 needs a modern marriage partner free of the old (Shani) cultural expectations and traditional social restrictions that historically restrained individual movement. In particular the in-laws must be respectful of innovative, initiating, and competitive features of the social personality.

Mangala in Bhava 2

  • potentially harsh speech. Kuja-2 in 8th from yuvati-sthana may threaten to leave the union if restrictions are imposed upon natural free movements.
Mangala in Bhava 4

  • Often Mangala-4 is raised in a home culture which allows or even celebrates a certain amount of domestic squabbling. There may have been ongoing verbal war or 'cold-war' between the parents or possibly the caretakers had a physically responsive (spanking, hitting) method of upbringing the children.
  • In adulthood, these behaviors may be replicated. Frequent bhava moves, renovation and construction projects, or conflict in family home. Mangala 4th Drishti upon kalatra-sthana = fierce.
Mangala in Bhava 7

  • Tends to be vigorously active and perhaps dominating in relationship; career is a very important outlet for this fleshly muscular dynamic energy therefore the native is greatly recommended to maintain a public career throughout life. (Kuja drishti to karma bhava) .
Mangala in Bhava 8

  • An indicate an early death of the mate; makes native accident-prone too.
Mangala in Bhava 12

  • hidden passions and potential for deeply repressed anger = covert (12) actions (Kuja) which originate (Kuja) in the imagination and express an agenda of animosity or distrust emerging from the marriage (6th from 7th) .
  • Said to produce the most harmful effect upon the daily diplomacy needed in marriage, because the uprising energy wells up from the subconscious (12) and is often not expected or understood.

Mangala in Rashi

Kuja Dosha expression for Mangala in Rashi of Budha can be verbally aggressive.
  • Mangala-Kanya tends toward verbal attacks using sarcastic and critical language. The barbs are hurtful although the factual content is often painfully accurate.
  • In Mithuna, conversationally invasive Kuja may be a compulsive talker.
Kuja Dosha expression for Mangala in swakshetra pursues the goal as the huntsman and the deep miner: muscular and penetrating, with a burning instinct to Win.
  • In Mesha, physically responsive and self-referential;
  • In scorpio, psychologically aggressive and controlling.

Kuja Dosha expression for Mangala in Karkata * is emotionally passive-aggressive.
  • Often compulsively manipulative, trying to sneak, trick, defraud, or get away with something. This is the most difficult rashi for Kuja. If in Azlesa in bhava-4, the native was manipulated by an unstable mother in early childhood, and is typically unable to sustain a non-manipulative adult relationship.
Kuja Dosha expression for Mangala in Rashi of Shani * = a social rule-enforcer.
  • Makara represents the"rules of the jungle" One may become a captain of industry but treats one's spouse like an employee, seeking business objectives for the marriage * primarily, increasing one's social rank through spousal support *; in Kumbha, "rules of the assembly. Kuja sees the spouse as one friend among many; may interpret fidelity as a group experience.
Kuja Dosha expression for Mangala in Rashi of Zukra * instinctively seeks a physical and social basis for relationships, but may drive too aggressively toward sensual experience and compulsive re-engineering of new agreements. May not be able to leave well enough alone.

Kuja Dosha expression for Mangala in Rashi of Brihaspati * enforced knowledge.
  • One may act generously and inclusively, but only in the environments wherein others follow one's own doctrine.
Kuja Dosha expression for Mangala in Rashi of Surya *Simha* aggressively promotes one's the integrity of one's own reasoning.
  •  the native will fight for recognition, and fight to assert that one's actions are morally right.
Kuja Dosha expression for Kuja-yuti-Rahu or Mangala-yuti-Ketu
  • rashi-and-bhava characteristics become strongly amplified

From Ganesha

  • Some astrologers believe that Mars becomes powerless after an individual completes 28 years. That's why some astrologers ask to wait till the completion of 28th year of the person to marry. But logically it's not acceptable. Mars will show its effect in its period.
  • The best way to reduce the Mars Dosha is to match the Horoscope of both the partners. Mars in the same position can reduce the Dosha but cannot eliminate it entirely.
  • Most of the time it is seen that if a boy is having Mangal Dosha and girl is also having Mangal Dosha in her Horoscope then the cancellation of Mangal Dosha is judged without consideration of the Houses in which Mars is present. But actually it is observed that only presence of Mangal Dosha in both the Horoscopes would not reduce the effect of Mangal Dosha in both Horoscopes. Mars should be in the same House of both the partners. Example: If a boy has Mars in his 4th House then girl should also have the Mars in her 4th House. The effect of Mars is different in different Houses and in different Signs.
  • Mars in the first House makes one bold, aggressive and dominating. The person would be short tempered. He would have nature of rising over critical periods with tensions. Rash tendency is commonly seen among the persons having Mars in their first House.
  • Mars in the 2nd House gives sharp tongue. The person may not have control over his tongue and the condition may worsen if he is in anger. He may speak at any extent without consideration, which may lead him to loss financially and socially. Mars aspects the 8th House from here so it also affects the family and age of spouse.
  • 4th House is the House of comforts and happiness. Besides reducing the factors of the 4th House, the Mars also reduces happiness in marital relation, as it aspects the 7th House by its fourth aspect. It causes unrest in the domestic happiness. It may evoke jealousy among brothers/sisters, which may be due to wife/husband.
  • In the 7th House, the presence of Mars is worse than its aspect. It gives violence in marital life. There would be mismatch in emotional and sexual needs of the partners. In some cases it may also cause intercaste marriage.
  • Mars in the 8th House shows short life of the spouse. Since it's the family of husband so it may show disturbance in the family of spouse. It will reduce the happiness of the girl in her in laws' house. Afflicted Mars shows the extravagant partner. 8th House is the House of hidden matters. Mars in the 8th House shows the involvement of the spouse in hidden matters, when it surfaces, may create troubles.
  • 12th House is the House for losses and bed pleasures. In marital life the partner may not be compatible with each other in this respect, causing disharmony between them.
  • According to some astrologers exalted Mars or Mars in its own House or a benefic Mars does not produce any Mars Dosha, but in fact it does not happen - Mars will show its effect even then. Strength of the Mars should be considered while observing Mars Dosha.
  • As it is said earlier that out of the 12 Houses, if Mars is present in 6 Houses then it is Mars Dosha, so you can find many people suffering with this Dosha. It is not possible that Mars would affect every person in the same way. Moreover, people think that Mars Dosha means untimely and accidental death of the partner. But it never happens in all the cases unless Mars is afflicted.
  • Proper matching of the Horoscopes of the boy and the girl respectively reduces the effect of Mars in their married lives. It would not cancel the violent effect of Mars completely, but may reduce its effect to some extent. If Venus and Moon are in the 2nd House or even one of them is present in the 2nd House then also it is said that the effect of Mars is reduced to some extent. But actually it is seen that this factor does not count in every case. Aspect of Jupiter on Mars on the 7th House. Jupiter is planet of wisdom and righteousness. So it may reduce to an extent that the problem may persist in the life, but the matter would remain in the four walls of the house. If there were more than two afflictions then Jupiter would also prove not to be supportive to that extent.
  • It is also said that if Saturn is present in the House of the partner's Horoscope where Mars is present then also it reduces the Mars Dosha. But actually it is also to less extent.
  • If Rahu and Mars are conjunct.
  • If Mars is the owner of the same House i.e. If Mars is placed in Aries or Scorpio Ascendant or if Mars is placed in the Signs of Taurus or Cancer in the 7th House.

Relationship Breakup

These points require that Thanks but No Thanks combination be present.

  • Two or three malefics flank the 7th house or its lord. Mala of malefics. Sometimes two will do (especially potent when no benefic modifies)
  • 7th bhava or 7th lord and Ve, under the influence of natural malefics, especially when multiple natural malefics are at least on one of these factors
    • That is Mars in 1st, 4th or 7th (kuja dosha)
  • Debilitated grah in the 7th aspected by natual malefic(s)
  • Exalted or exaggerated grah in the 7th aspected by Saturn
  • exalted or exaggerated 7th lord either associated or aspected by Saturn
  • Saturn exaggerated as 7th lord, that is enough if it does not have benefic on it (preferably Jp is benefic)
  • Saturn or Rahu exaggerated in the 7th  bhava while the 7th lord is poorly placed
  • Jupiter (in woman's chart) or Venus in 7th bhava even if they are swa or exalted
    • that is Venus in both charts and
  • 7th lord in 11th aspected by Saturn; even if it is not aspected it is still a problem

Keep it Positive - Combination for adjusting to what it is

Combination for adjusting to what it is:
person able to maintain positive mental state
  • Even in divorce situation, work it out and not being vindictive
  • Inner orientation towards harmony
  • committed in relationship

This perform requires this person to have a "hit" on at least one point in each of two categories.  In addition there should not be a trik placement, combustion, or planetary war for these combinations to count.

Requirement involves linking the 7th to the grah that indicate Sattvik tendencies and/or ability to hold honor even in siege.

First Group: Sun - Moon- Jupiter- Mars

7th lord in sambhandha with one of the below quartet or one of them is linked to the 7th Bhava. And/or the 7th bhava or its lord is in the rashi of the four provided that 7th lord (preferably) is strongly conditioned.

  • Moon (except for Leo, Sag, and Aqu)
  • Mars (except for Gemini, Virgo)
  • Jupiter (no exception)

Odd couple - Union that were/are unacceptable

Union that were/are unacceptable

  • Socio economic gap
  • Religious differences
Implicit in this proforma is the Jump the relationship hurdle combination

There can be exceptions to this but generally, that adventurous and independent spirit propels the odd couple phenomenon

here is the proforma:

Rahu/Ketu and/or Saturn on marriage factors are powerful indications for these kinds of union.

Since Saturn is a conservative grah, exaggerated condition increases the chance of Odd couple.

As per VP Goel, this can be better seen with Dara karaka. DK is seen with its association with saturn, Rahu or Ketu. Ketu is considered worst. Marriage is confirmed in Navamsha

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Aspect of Saturn on Moon in chart implies far reaching effects. Saturn is thoroughly practical and cold in nature with element detachment in each cell. Moon in sight of this mighty planet will result in psyche which has learned or will learn many lessons on life, this aspect makes one silent, imparts depth in thoughts and thinking process becomes slow, and mind search for reasons and will become much sensitive to the pain of self and others. Such native often feel lonely and rejected, have baggage of lonely nights spent pondering over the matter of self, God, pain and sometimes futility of life itself.

Saturn is mature and serious in nature and its aspect or conjuction signify the restricted nature of love that one might have received in his early stages. In such condition childhood have many unpleasant and bitter memories and such individual often feel past as a burden.
Moon represent mother and need for love for an individual, a strong aspect or conjunction could mean a mother who herself is much suffered and too blocked with pain to give it to her kids. The environment in which this child grows often lacks warmth and their lives force them to learn the important lesson of discipline in very early stages.

Though overall psyche will depend on many factors, but in general this aspect or conjunction can mean an individual whose growth and joy are remoulded by Saturn in his own way, first it is bound to feel restricted, crippled with pain coupled with its deeper implications and in later stages the depth of knowledge gained from intense experiences and analysis will give a sense of settlement and purpose in life meaning that Saturn has completed his task in pushing one forward in the path of evolution.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Vish Yoga:

Saturn Moon Conjuction form Vish Yoga according to Vedic astrology. It means affecting the mind with negativity resulting in problems mentally, physically and spiritually.Solution is learning the lessons quickly, meditation, Yoga and being fearless through truth.

This kind of combination is not good for Married Life, Separations from Spouse is indicated due to Job, Mis-understanding, Health etc., Depends on the position and degrees it holds.
There will be frequent Headaches of Severe kind (Migraine) will be there.
Remedial issue : Visiting Siva Temple regularly, Worship him on Saturday and Monday.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Saturn is karaka of misery and sadness. Moon is significator of the mind. When the two planets conjunct in the horoscope, the native is vulnerable to depression, gloom, and hardships.
Saturn-Moon conjunction may indicate unhappiness regarding mother, marriage, and material prosperity. It's commonly seen in the horoscopes of spinsters and sanyasins.
Nevertheless, if the Saturn-Moon conjunction occurs in the upachaya houses, 3, 6, 10, or 11, or is influenced by a strong Jupiter, then all kinds of wealth may be obtained.
The effective remedy for Saturn-Moon conjunction is donating food to the poor and the needy, as Saturn is karaka for the poor and Moon for food.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Saturn signifies Iron and Moon is for water . Meeting of the two means iron getting rusted in due course so this combination is declared bad in Vedic astrology.

It means that person's mind will be attracted more towards pessimism , less inclined to spirituality and more a believer in action . The relations with mother may not be good or unhappiness may be more in such relationship .

Saturn is for worries and Moon is for mind so person will be having worries naturally which may make him pessimistic and hater of God , destiny , astrology and such divine things .

The person may be a workaholic as Saturn is work and Moon is mind so his happiness may lie in getting immersed in work .

These are general significations and it will depend more on ascendant , house lordship  of Saturn , other planet's aspect on this and finally dasha sequence as per  Indian astrology .

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Saturn  considers moon its enemy. Conjuntion of two is considered posionous mixer. It can be seen in two way, one is in natal chart at a time of birth of child. And other is Gocher transaction. If Saturn and moon are in one sign and in digreecle congestion, the person will suffer stressful partnership even with life partner!. It can lead to separation and divorce  also. Some may get cheated in business by partners.
Nature wise these two planets are opposite to each other. It gives split personality to person.  Mental balance may get disturbed by small emotional mess up .Saturn is  airy (vayu Pradhan) planet and moon is watery planet. It can create some gastric problems also. It is called Vishyuti. It gives suspicion in mind for almost every situation.
Remedies :

In Love with Love

The Difference Between Being In Love And Being In Love With Love

When you are in love with love, you are in the relationship for its benefits, and you cower away from more difficult aspects. By cower, I mean, you don’t address them or you don’t go about dealing with things in a healthy, respectful way.

Frankly, you don’t care as much about the person as you do what they can do for you. Your fantasies about being with them revolve around how they make you feel, what they do, what they say, and how wonderful it is for you.

When you’re really in love with someone, you want them: the good, the bad, the ugly. You come back at the end of the day. You are as accepting and nonjudgmental as you possibly can be. You don’t want to change them.

When you are in love with love, you leave as soon as things start to get tough. You are waiting for the day someone becomes what you want them to be because you aren’t happy with who they are right now.

In the case of falling in love, what comes down often crawls back up. If you can fall in love with a person then you know you can just as easily fall out of love with him or her.

There are astrological combination that shows that the person is in love with love.

These combinations are:
Sambhandha or link of 1st and 7th lords and houses

Ve/Mo sambandha or link with 1st and 7th lords and houses

Bridge of jupiter
---------------------------------------------------------------
2 of 3 of the above will get it done but the more confluence and strength the better

Other boosters:

7th lord in 7th, aspecting it or Parivartana
1/7th factors strong in MO or VE constellation
Absence of the influence of laggards
strong condition of the factors
Good placement of the factor

How to make friends with Saturn

Even if people do not know anything about vedic astrology, they know something about “Saturn(Shani)”. Because of the famous Sade Sati(7.5 years of Saturn’s influence on the natal moon).
Saturn helps you face your fears, helps you take a giant leap in life only if you are willing to compromise your comfort zone and the idea in your head that this is how things should be.
Every planet is here to take us towards our source, our self.
Saturn does it by getting you to work hard, be disciplined and face your fears. So the best way to handle Saturn is to recognize and become aware of where Saturn is in our birth chart and and work with it rather than against it.
If you take it as a punishment, you are putting yourself in a miserable situation even before it begins! But if you take it as a lesson, it has the power to reward you like no other planet!
Saturn will create situations in life to test you and push you off your limits, It will send you towards self exploration, meditation, awareness, selfless service etc. Saturn brings in the structure and discipline that is required to do something

“If you are on the spiritual path, he (Saturn) can be good for you, he will elevate your life. If you have dispassion, he will help you more. If you are not on the spiritual path, he will create a problem so that you get on the spiritual path.
If you are caught up in the worldly life, he will trouble you so you get out of there and find the bigger wealth inside you.”
The best remedy to Saturn is to first acknowledge that is not a malefic planet. Make friends with your Saturn! Work with him, and he will REWARD you! People who have their spiritual practices, and who do selfless service are able to transform their Saturn energy to benefit them, and this is not just a statement, it is the fact!

Ways to Please Saturn

The best remedy to Saturn is to first acknowledge that is not a malefic planet. Make friends with your Saturn! Work with him, and he will REWARD you! People who have their spiritual practices, and who do selfless service are able to transform their Saturn energy to benefit them, and this is not just a statement, it is the fact!

1. Chant Saturn Mantras –
Main Shani Mantra by Ved Vyas (Navagraha Stotram) – Om Nilaanjana-Samabhasam Ravi Putram Yamagrajam Chayya-Martanda- Sambhutam Tam Namami Shanaishvaram
Shani Tantric Mantra – Om Praam Preem Praom Saha Shanayshchraey Namah

Shani Vedic Mantra: ऊँ शं नो देवीरभिष्टय आपो भवन्तु पीतये। शं योरभि स्रवन्तु नः
2. Donation – Pay your karmic debts without expecting anything in return – Saturn is the lord of Karma. And by voluntarily and lovingly donating to those in need you can pay your karmic debts! Dānam (pronounced as Daanam), is the Sanskrit word for charity or donation.
Living creatures get influenced through dānam,
Enemies lose hostility through dānam,
A stranger may become a loved one through dānam,
Vices are killed by dānam.
— A Hindu Proverb
3. Service (seva) – Saturn  represents servants and people who do hard work.
4. Worship the Kalabhairav form of Lord Shiva – Kalabhairav is the “Lord of Time”. “Udyamao Bhairavah” – Shiv Sutras. “Bhairava” means he who nourishes and who creates fullness. Bhairava fills up our incompleteness or lack. When we invest 100 percent of our energy in any action, there will be no regrets, and when there are no regrets there is no fear or anxiety. The mind is complete, awake and in the present moment. In this state of awakened consciousness, the mind turns inward, becomes peaceful and surrenders. The surrendered mind finds prosperity, strength, peace, cheerfulness and success!
5. Read the “The Greatness of Saturn” – The telling of mythic stories has always been a powerful form of therapy, bringing healing to people facing adversity. The Greatness of Saturn is such a therapeutic myth, told and retold through many centuries. Taken from the East Indian Vedic tradition, it honors the planet Saturn, who personifies time, limitations, loss, and all forms of adversity.
6. Worship the Peepal tree – Vedas call the peepal tree ‘Ashvatta’ – the shade that provides rest for the divine horse. In Tamil culture it is called the ‘Arasa Maram’ – the king of trees. Bhagavad Gita calls the tree as the manifestation of Krishna. The ‘Atharvana Veda’ book number 5 calls the tree the amrita [elixir] of the world. Siddhartha Gautama [founder of Buddhism] meditated under the tree and became the Buddha. Thus, Buddhists call the tree Bodhi – the tree of enlightenment.
7. Walk barefoot on Grass on Saturdays – “Life does not always believe in strength. Weakness has beauty in it, because it is tender and soft. A storm comes; big, strong trees will fall. Grass (small plants) will simply bend, and then the storm goes by, and they are again smiling and flowering. In fact, the storm has freshened them, it has taken their dust, that’s all. They are more alive, younger, fresher, and the storm has given them a good bath. And the old trees, very strong, have fallen because they resisted. They would not bend; they were very egoistic.”- Lao Tzu
One of the things that Saturn is trying to teach us is to be humble! Walk on grass on his day (Saturday is ruled by Saturn) to invoke the blessings of Saturn!  Feet represents the 12th house of loss, so walking on grass absorbs the loss and teaches you to be humble.
8. Perform Yagyas or Rituals – Yagya  literally means “sacrifice, devotion, worship, offering”, and refers in Hinduism to any ritual done in front of a sacred fire, often with mantras. There are specific ‘navgraha yagya’ that you can do to please all of the planets often performed by a priest.  The significance of performing a Yagya is to surrender and silence the mind.
9. Worship Lord Hanuman – When you pray to Hanuman with devotion and completely surrender to Him, you imbibe his qualities. And those are the exact qualities that can help you with Saturn. It helps you with a positive Saturn energy!
10. Bring some Discipline into your life – Make a to-do list, have a plan and bring some structure into your life! – These are the qualities that Saturn is trying to teach you!
11. Feed people on Saturdays to please Saturn – “Sharing food is the highest form of Karma.” —Bhagavad Gita. Sharing food, according to the Bhagavad Gita, is the highest form of Karma. In practice, this means volunteering time and preparing meals that can be shared with those in need in temples in India and around the world.
12. Simplify your life by removing clutter! – We fear Saturn because he removes things that are not needed for your growth. One of the simplest ways to please Saturn is to declutter!
Remove clutter at home by discarding things that you no longer need. Remove clutter in your mind through silence and meditation. Remove clutter in your life by staying away from relationships that no longer serves your growth.
13. Be in the Present Moment – Saturn shows us reality! It creates difficulties in life for us to appreciate what we have HERE & NOW! So learn to be in the present moment and honor Saturn!  Meditation helps you be in the present moment.
14. Do what needs to be done rather than what you want to do on Saturdays – Saturn represents the work that has to be done, that does not always get appreciated and honored. Like the work the farmers do, or our servants do. It is not always creative and rewarding in the short term – but choosing to do what has to be done (the boring, laborious and tiresome work) vs what you want to do or like to do is an excellent way to honor Lord Saturn!
15. Feed Crows on Saturdays – Crows are not beautiful birds, but they are highly intelligent! (A typical Saturn trait).  And in Hindu mythology Saturn’s vehicle is a crow. Crows also represent our ancestors and Saturn rules elders and old age.
When you feed crows it is said that the ancestors come in the form of crows to eat your offering, and by doing so, they take on your negative karma and also shower blessings on you!
16. Listen to ‘Dasaratha Shani Stotram’ – Saturn enters the star constellation of Rohini once in every 30 years. This is one of the most feared transit for kings and their kingdom as their country goes through a severe phase of poverty!  It is said that during the reign of King Dasaratha when Saturn was about to enter Rohini Nakshatra, King Dasaratha worshiped Saturn and pleased him with his prayers. Saturn did not enter Rohini during the reign of King Dasharatha. Hence the Dasaratha Shani stotras are considered an excellent remedy for Saturn related troubles.
17. Take responsibility – Saturn is the planet of responsibility!  When life does not go your way, take responsibility for it! A simple way to be more responsible is by tracking! Tracking brings a lot of awareness in our lives. If you are not feeling healthy enough, start to track your calorie intake and your physical activities.  If you feel you are not productive – track your time! If you feel you are emotionally drained – track your emotions – understand what affects you! Understanding the problem is the most important part of the solution! In this day and age, we have access to so many tools to track every single thing! Saturn loves this!
