Miscellaneous Bhava considerations

 1)  Renting exclusively to Natural Benefics

•         Landlords are strengthned when they have only tenants as a benefic. This means that neither of their Rashis (tara grah) can hold a malefic
• what about natural benefics in Cancer and Leo? - it gives a boost to the bhava
• Natural Benefic in Rashi and the lord as a natural malefic in other Rashi? -it does soften the impact of the malefic in its own rashi 

2) Landlords are weakned when they have only malefics as tenants 

• This means that neither of their tara grah can hold a benefic
• what about natural malefics in Cancer and Leo?
• Is a single malefic enough in a Rashi?

3) Natural Benefic 10th away from any bhava strengthen the Bhava (power of ten)

4) Natural Benefic  (especially Jupiter) 10th from a Natural malefic, (not looking for an exclusive Benefic)

• A good side of Mars will be brought out
  
  
  
• A good side of Saturn will be brought out

5) Venus and Mercury in 3/11 relationship - not more than 7 degrees apart

Writing, communication, Oratory and enjoy themseves a lot

6) Natural Malefic tenth away from Natural benefic

    - Will diminish the NB in some way, possibly bhava
