b. look for degree of Ascendant (28D44M) - 28D44M is 3rd drekkana -Now start from 8th house. 8th house is Gemini and is the air Rashi, so the  3rd air rasi (1st gemini, 2nd libra, 3rd aquarius) - 3rd Aquarius lord - Saturn. also called lord of 22nd Drekhna

c. 9th Navamsa for degree of ascendant (28D44M) for 8th house - (9^th navamsa from libra-7) - gemin again lord of that is Mercury

2. From Moon [1D26M]- 

a. look for lord of 8th bhava from moon & 1st drekkana - lord of Gemini - Mercury

b. 1st Navamsa from gemini - starting Libra - Libra itself - lord of libra - Venus
