• Dining table should not have missing corner
• Recommended Round, Oval, Square, Rectangle, Octogonal

• Old timber must not be used for construction of new home

• Staircase maybe placed anywhere except Ishhan and Brhamsthana
• it should be preferably in the Northwest, west or southwest

• The floor level of garage should be sloppy towards north or east direction
